We hope you can join us for our next concert, featuring an array of classical music from the sixteenth century to the present day, and which promises not to disappoint.
The all encompassing theme of ‘love’ sparked the musical interests of our singers and we’ve shared the responsibility of programme planning, conducting and, indeed, arranging.
How do I love thee, a sensuous piece set to the enchanting poem by Elizabeth Barrett Browing, was composed by Keynon Emrys-Roberts, the father of Lucy Orchard, one of our altos. Our programme also features an arrangement of Lark in the Clear Air, by Irish folk singer, Cara Dillon, dilligently arranged by Bryn Jones, one of our tenors.
We are also set to perform many other memorable pieces full of rich harmonies and touching lyrics -a perfect gift for your valentine.
